Walking on Sunshine


One of the things our members often say is how much they enjoy that our North San Antonio Stroller Strides classes are  held outside. Exercising outside in the sunlight and fresh air are so beneficial to both Mom and baby. The Stroller Strides Allen blog provides a few examples how:
