Some of you were lucky enough to have tried this recipe when Kelly brought it to book club. It’s delicious! Using the yogurt helps cut down on unwanted fat.
4 chicken breasts boiled & chopped…or just shred a store bought rotissere chicken
1/4 cup mayo
1 single serve container of lemon yogurt ( I use lemon pie)
2 or 3 chopped green onions
grapes – halved or quartered
almond slivers ( sunkists toasted & glazed)
2 or 3 celery stalks
salt, pepper, garlic salt – to taste
really yummy on hawaiian rolls….
