This time of year is when you’re supposed to enjoy yourself & have a good time with family & friends, but…I try to avoid sweets like its the plague. Lots of empty calories. Portion control is a hard one for me. I’ve started using salad plates instead of dinner plates. I also try to squeeze in some form of exercise(even if its just a walk)Some of my favorite holiday memories are from our post dinner walks!
Love that idea! Maybe I can convince my husband to walk with me to look at neighborhood lights!!
