Excercise of the week

Wall Sit Plus Rear Fly-Hold onto the tubing handles in each hand, choke up on the tube and get down into a wall sit. Press the shoulder blades into the wall and perform a rear fly. Progress to an alternating rear fly to change up the exercise.

MODIFICATIONS:
  • For less intensity,
    come out of the wall sit a bit and/or take the upper body work out of the exercise
